大家樂自助點餐機

不要看我一個優雅女子,我是好geek的。

想像一下:我,黑裙飛揚,裙下有好多jobs 在飄來飄去。我劍一樣伸出手,咒語是:「凡是process的事情都可以automate,並提升效率,節省時間。」

晚上我到大家樂晚飯,發現了一部大家樂自助點餐機,我馬上試玩。點了小菜餐,又加錢點了熱飲。誰知check out 不了喎。

errrrrr 我覺得可能的問題有:programme 漏左個 check out screen(嘩冇可能錯成咁啫);check out screen 不過 touch screen "check out" tab 不夠sensible。㩒來㩒去都反應曖曖昧昧咁(有冇搞錯呀家下 touch screen 技術咁成熟;個點餐system和百達通system 不協調。

請個COO,做下interface design,做下core systems integration 啦。

與其嘈嘈嘈又扣工錢有咁又咁,不如諗下點automate的點菜的process。再來,開設上網預定餐點呀。

I have long-waited for this.
It seems that they are having the UAT, without the internal tests by CdC or even the developer?

so u have tried to use the machine, too?
it is really dumb
and obviously it is a big failure that such a big machine is not working
what on earth is the company thinking?
is it a response of the employer to the minimum wage rate?
and then the failure of the machine is the response of the employee? (i suspected it was the staff who made it a failure... either the IT team or the branch staff)

the payment machine is simple
i bet any CE can make it
