我在 eBay 買一雙 ferragamo vera 5.5B size 的鞋，賣家夠膽死寄我一隻 5.5B 一隻 7AA，我立即給賣家一個 negative feedback and left a comment: "Seller is fooling us．The shoes come one in 5.5B while another one in 7AA!"
賣家立即主動 refund 並要求我 remove negative feedback。Then I cornered her, " I cannot tell the reason behind a pair of shoes with one in 5.5 while another in 7. If it was a mistake, I would be fine. I like the shoes and 5.5B is my size. Please ship me the other one of 5.5B. I will be more than happy to amend the feedback."
賣家回覆：
I apologize, but I don't have the other shoe in 5.5B. I have already refunded you the cost of the shoes including the shipping.
Refund 大晒呀。How about my happiness and expectation?
